I have H1B. quick Question: During my I 485/130 interview , INS officer took my I-94 (which was staple in my passport) took it out from my passport and now my name is pending name check.
I may have to travel to canada in Jan 07 for meetings. I do have the photocopy of the I94 wit me though.
Since i have to check out with NSSERS every time i leave USA , and during that process they (immigration) usually look for your I94...now what should i do. ...should i simply give them photocopy at the time of departure or what ?
