I-485 Documents needed

Can somebody tell me the form that is required for affidavit for Dependents of applicant of GC through employment. Is this I-134 or I 864?

For Employment Based, I-134 is required.
For marriage Based, I-864

Affidavit of support is not a requirement for EB 485 derivative applications .
