Hi, I have a question about I-485 filling. From my company's side, do I need my company's tax reports same as I-140 filling? Or only my boss's signature? Thanks a lot.
the I-485 does not need tax return nor signature... it only need a letter that the job is still available.... but if ur I-140 was filed long ago they may ask for it
