I was reviewing a copy of what I submitted for my I-485 application (June 2001) and I wanted to make sure I'm avoiding any potential delays:
1) on the proof of one-year absence, the instruction given was to keep these at the "absolute minimum." I only submitted a letter of employment signed by my boss at that time. I no longer work there, and the company itself has moved. Am I okay?
2) they ask that you submit any proof of absence since you were granted asylum (I-94s, passport or RTD pages). I did not travel at all in that one year when I was granted asylum until the I-485 was filed, but I make a couple of trip overseas in 2003. Do I need to submit documentations for these trips?
