I-485 Denied

I just received a denial letter for my I-485 based on my first wife to whom I divorced in May of 03. I remarried in Oct 03 and did all necessary paper work. I actually got interviewed in dec 04 but couldnt get approved because they had my ex-wife investigated for some marriage fraud she did that I was not aware of. We divorced because of irreconcilable differences and I feel it is not fair for me to be penalized for something that I was unaware of.

Please advise me on how/where to go from here. I cant focus at work, cant eat, sleep, study and fear my wife will leave me if she found out about this. Is this the end of the road?? Any options, appeals, best lawyers, anything?? I'm desperate, need to hear something before start packing my lagguages.

Its me.. Readytosnap!

Thanks Chimi..
Will check with him soon. Cant even concentrate on my finals.. hopefully he'll have time to work on my case.... seems to be a pretty busy lawyer....I'll contact him and see how he can help resolve this case.....
Thnx,

Are you the primary or your ex-wife was the primary?

As you filed I-485 as dependent, unfotunately, you are not eligible that GC. USCIS grants GC to spouse only if the marriage is valid at the time of granting GC (with some exceptions - e.g. spouse abuse, battering etc). As your marriage ended on May 2003 and your I-485 was not approved before that, it's unlikely the decision on that I-485 will go in favor of you. However, I still advise you to talk to a good attorney to explore any new avenue.
It would be difficult to appeal for motion-to-reopen unless you have new information to support your denied I-485 application.
