Here is my situation--My I-485 was denied as my petitioning company withdrew I-140 , as per the latest yates memo I am eligible for AC21 and did send the documentation for this ...filed for a MOTR for I-485..
a)Is contacting the congressman helpful at this point or should I wait for MOTR result?
b)How much time to they take to issue an EAC number for MOTR? Does the MOTR go back to the person who first adjudcated the I-485 case?
c)I am planning to go back to H1B (I have finished 5 years only ) is this advisable ..any one done this before please share your experiences..
Please let me know your thoughts ideas do's and dont's...
appreciate any guidance..
