my green card approved last month. my wife's 485 is denied since
she was stated that she was out-of-status for more than 180 days.
we got a NOID and the attorney responded saying it is "fault
of the employer for not filing H4 extension". the denial letter said
it is the responsibility of the applicant to maintain status. my son is
a US citizen. now she is "ou-of-status".
could you please let me anything can be done ?.
