I-485 Denied due to abandoned b/c I traveled without advance parole

My i-485 got denied and abandoned 1 month after the GC interview because I went on a cruise and traveled outside US without AP. This travel occurred shortly after I had filed the i-485. (I wasnt aware of this restriction). I had a valid TN at the time and was admitted back to US without any questions from the CBP officer and without any passport stamp.
In addition to this denial reason, the denial letter says I should leave US asap because my TN has expired. My EAD will also be invalid after 18 days from the date of the denial letter.

What are my options here? Can i file a new i-485 and continue to stay and work in US? Can i file Motion to reconsider? Letter says i cannot appeal it. We are expecting our baby in a couple months and recently bought a house. It is important that I stay and keep my job here.

Then you should file another I-485. You do not have to be in status to qualify to file I-485 in your category.

Your previous I-485 was denied correctly. Forget about that one.
