I 485 Denial

My girl friend's I 485 was denial on 11th June,2008. she has EAD expiring in November,08. I know she is out of status now. I am on H1B visa and we are planning to get merried here in Auguest. Can she get H4B as my dependant. Can this process be done here so she does not have to go to india.. Please help me.
 
Since she is already out of status, there is no point in accumalating illegal presence. It's best for her to move to India and get married before applying for H-4.
