Hi everyone,
I have a doubt...
Me and my wife (US citizen) are filling for divorce before adjustment of status gets completed. TV keeps talking about giving the "Z" visa to "illegal immigrants" who got here before jan 1 2007.
Well, what about me then? I had a I-485 pending, and now we're divorcing...Am I still eligible to apply for a "Z" visa, eventhough I wasnt "illegal" on jan 1 2007, considering I had a valid EAD card and SSN?
