My husband has received emails, card ordered and approval, last week and this week. He is the primary person. The lawyers for his work are doing all of the paperwork. Find out that my case is in suspense due to the need for more information. We are guessing it is the long form birth certificate that is sitting in the lawyers files. My question is how long, usually, would it take to process my I-485 once this is sent to the USCIS? I am so sad and a bit mad.
