I-485 case has been approved

Hi Guys,

I received an approval email for my and my wife's I-485.
Everyone in this forum helps me with a lot of information.
Thank all of you for keeping me having hope until today. :)

I put my information through process.

EB3 non-RIR, Vermont

Apr. 30, 2001: RIR-EB3
Dec. 2003: Federal DOL rejected RIR case, sent my case to state DOL
Feb. 2004: Advertize again and sent the case to state DOL, non-RIR-EB3
Mar. 2004: State DOL approved the case
Jun. 13, 2004: Federal DOL approved the case
Sep. 10, 2004: I-140, I-485 and I-765 concurrent filing (ND)
Sep. 27, 2004: I-765 approved
Oct. 20, 2004: I-140 approved
Mar. 2005: Transfer I-485 to Norfolk, VA
Jun. 01, 2005: Second I-765 filing
Aut. 01, 2005: Second I-765 approved
Aug. 13, 2005: Finger printing (bio1, 10 finger)
Aug. 2005: Get a new job, moved to Maryland and notified it to USCIS
Nov. 2005: Name check cleared and resume process
Dec. 2005: Transfer I-485 to Vermont due to new place (VA to MD)
May 13, 2006: RFE (medical exam, requested supplemental form)
Jun. 1, 2006: 3rd I-765 filing
Jun. 3, 2006: finger printing and picture for I-765 (bio2)
Jul. 13, 2006: USCIS received RFE
Jul. 22, 2006: Second finger printing (bio1, 10 fingers, only me)
Aug. 10, 2006: 3rd I-765 approved

Several times LUD change (about 4 times in Jul., three times in Aug.)
Sep. 17, 2006: I-485 has been approved

It took a little more than two months after USCIS received your RFE.
Did the RFE lette say that you will be notified of decision within 60 days of receiving your response?

The letter didn't say anything about the decision.
After the RFE received, LUD changed and the message said that the preliminary review has done, so the process time will be short, something like that.

So looks like VSC is going by Priority DATE.

LUD stands for LAST UPDATED DATE

usually when USCIS makes any updates/changes to your case, the date is changed when you look at your case status page.

Thanks for your response. Is the case status page is the online message of my case? the online message has been the same since my first FP. the automatic phone message changed from no found to our review...has been completed. but no any date in the message.
