I-485 before retrogression. EAD approval

I am applying I-485 before 12-31-2004. My I-140 has already been approved.
As you all know it takes 3 months to approve EAD. My PD will not be current in 2005. Do CIS approve my EAD after 01-01-2005.

Yes they will process your EAD.
You have to have your I-485 in before 12/31/04.
