I-485 AVM Updated!!!!!!!

Guys, I did my FP February 18, 2003 and I am glad to let you guys know that the AVM was updated with message that we've received the result of your FP and processing has continue. But the website has not been updated yet, well with this development, I know my case has been assigned to an officer which means I am on my way for April approval by the grace of God Amen.

what is your RD/ND ?

Something I have learnt from experiance:
1) AVM update does not mean NOTHING! ( unless it says your case has been approved ).
Your AVM update means that your FPs were not blurred or unclear..thats all.
It also depends on the service center you have filed your case..in case of california/texas there are hundreds of cases that have the same message that you got for over a year.

The most reliable way ( which is pretty unreliable ) is to check your ND vs the current JIT report date. I would imagine if you did your FP in feb 03..your RD/ND is Nov2002 and afterwards...most centers are not even at the Nov2001 processing date!

I got my passport stamped with the I-551 (post 485 approval card processing ) stamp over 2 weeks ago..and my AVM case is still pending ! My wife's case was pending for over 15 months, then one fine day it just changed to approved...no intermidiate messages at all ...
