I don\'t think they have started REALLY issuing FP notices for applications filed in 2000. Maybe a couple of them have slipped by and received FP notices, but not en masse. I feel that you should wait for some more time....

I don\'t know, and it probably doesn\'t help to guess either. Like I said, a couple of folks who applied in 2000 may have got FPs, but generally they have not started sending FPs for applications filed in 2000. Maybe it will depend on PD movement & time taken for processing Aug/Sep/Oct cases filed last year....
