I-485 at NSC, but I-140 at CSC, TSC, or VSC

Hi, Guys or Girls:

Please post your RFE details and your I-485 fate if you did your I-140 at other Service Centers (such as CSC, TSC, and VSC)
 
RD : 07/20/2001
ND : 08/28/2001
RFE ISSUED : 10/10/2002 - EMPLOYMENT LETTER
RFE RESP RECEIVED BY NSC : 10/29/2002
I140 : APPROVED FROM TSC
WAITING FOR APPROVAL...

I140 FROM OTHER SERVICE CENTERS SHOULD NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. BUT...

I hope this thread can help all the people who did not do their I-140 at NSC.

I saw some frustrating postings here. NSC requested more information related to I-140 stage if you did your I-140 at other service centers. NSC asked EB1-EAs and NIWs to submit something about the I-140 qualifications when you did I-140 somewhere else (such as TSC or CSC).

My intention is not to scare others.... but what I thought for RFEs at I-485 stage for NIW cases is that if a person got I-140/NIW from other than NSC centers, if the same person files I-485 at NSC, it is likely that NSC issues RFE at I-485 stage. Since NSC has a standard procedure in issuing RFEs for NIW cases....

Please correct me If I am worng.... HOPE THE BEST TO EVERY BODY....

My finger print date was 12/07/2001, if that helps in any way.
Is'nt it valid only for 18 months or so.

Are you also from July 2001 ?

Sorry i did not read your posts before responding. I was filed under EB-3. I know of many people with approvals filed under my category with similar backgrounds ( i.e. I140 from a different service center )

My 140 is from CSC
485 filed in july 2001 NSC. PD Oct 98 No RFE no response. finger prints Dec 2001. Having my fingers crossed. Spoke to IIO yesterday... The case is pending is the reply. May I know the reason I asked. We are not doing 485 processing at this point was her answer.
 
My I140 from VSC.

ND 9/25/2001
FP 3/27/2001
RFE 10/2001 (Employment verification & birth affidavit)
RFE received 12/3/2001

Waiting for approval.....
