My I-485 is approved.

My I-140 is approved for CP.

RD: July 5, 2001
ND: Aug 17, 2001
RFE: Oct 2002(Employment)
Final approval : Feb 2003

I don't think so

I am not sure on that but I don't think so because my friends whose 140 approved for CP like me did not get any delays in their 485 approval. Based on them I was just waiting for my turn.

My AD per online says 02/13/03. RFE responded immediate within a week however the status did not get updated until I called them 3 weeks later. I think it got updated on 11/21/02 after I called them asking if they received the response to RFE.

My I140 was also approved for CP because of Lawer mistake.

In SEP02 they said they have connection problem with my I140 but finally I got RFE in OCT. I replied to MY RFE around same respond dates as yours.
I think I just need to wait more I guess for my AD.
