I checked the AVM today and my case (& my wife\'s) has been approved.

Here are my details:

PD: 10/97
My ND/RD: 12/99 (My wife\'s ND/RD: 04/00)
EB3, India

congrats.what is your exact ND date (exact date in dec)? when did CSC assign your case to an IIO? you got your approval within 1 month of date becoming current. That\'s good.

I dont know when my case was actually assigned to an IIO; the AVM says that my case was approved on Apr 30
