If this is true it would mean that NSC is processing cases through the audit process...

Just the renew of H-1

I guess typically people apply for EAD, but I did not do it. That is probably why they were asking.

I check on both Oct. 1 and Oct. 2. On Oct. 2 the message changed. I think the audit is going to slow down the process but not completely stop it.
