My details:
EB2, China
PD: 1/28/98 (regular labor)
I-140: 3/27/00
RD: 3/31/00 (sent without hard copy of I-140 and medical. But sent in a later time)
ND: 5/2/00 (Lin#: LIN-00-153-XXXXX)
FP: 12/26/00 (St. Paul, MN)

Last year, my priority date was current on March 31, 2000 when they received my application. It became not current after April 1, 2000, but who cares as long as my application and check were already inside their door.
