Friends.
Yes, Vermont Service Center is approving cases. Now it is my turn to share my & my family I-485 approval with you all. I have been surfing this site since 6 months, and this forum is really great which gives the oppurunity of sharing the info. Thanks to all of you. The details are as follows.
Catergory EB2
Country India
Priority Date 07/28/99
I-140 approval date 07/28/00
I-485 Notice Date 11/21/00
I-485 Approval Date 09/10/01

During I-485 processing, applied for EAD and AP. Also travelled abroad with AP.

Approved prior to Sept 11th

Congratulations!

Your approval was prior to Sept 11th. So, this doesn\'t mean that VSC is approving cases now nor does it mean that it\'s not processing cases :-(

star1100, Congratulations. Have you received approval notice copy from INS. My 485 application was also approved by VSC on 9/10/1 but I have not received approval notice copy so far.
