First of all thanks for all FAQs posting on this site. I had great help and confidence.

Today around 1:00am I just dialed magic number and entered my EAC#, and message heard that " your I-485 has been approved on May 7. Notice is sent .... etc"

It was great relief, as I am on bench for last close to 3 months. I had real nice employer taking care of all problems. Paid me full till last week.

Here is my detail :
PD : 3/31/1999
Labour Approved May 5, 1999
I-140 Applied : July 29, 1999
I-140 Approved : Dec 15, 1999
I-485 Filed : Jan 11, 2000
RD : Jan 12, 2000
ND : Jan 31, 2000
FP : March 15, 2001
RFE Issued : April 9, 2001
RFE Sent : April 20, 2001
RFE Received AVM : April 27, 2001
I-485 Approved : May 7, 2001 (For my self and my wife)
AVM Updated : May 8, 2001 (I guess)
I heard AVM : 1:00am May 9, 2001
Posting you all details : 10:40am May 9, 2001 (Came late to office)

Never Applied EAD, Parole, Never talked to IIO (Thanks to all of you, as I never needed to call IIO, got all inputs from this site)

Now waiting for copy of approval and stamping.
I really thank all people for posting their own experience. Just keep cool. That will help. Be positive.

yes all RFE cases should expect approval in 10 days after RFE receiving by INS.

Thanks. That\'s what I guessd, these are the default values set by myladoor in his tracker.
