Dear Desis,
I found out this morning from AVM that my I-485 is approved. My wife\'s got approved too. Details are as follows:
Location: Washington DC metro area (Northern VA)
Category: EB2
PD: May 1999 (RIR)
RD: Jan 31, 2000
ND: Feb 8, 2000
Finger Print: March 21, 2001
My present company acquired my old company in March 2000, but applied for I-140 in June 2000. I-140 from the new company approved in September 2000. Hope this information helps people who track the status at VSC. Thanks to Rajeev Khanna for providing this forum for discussions.

Can you please post your EAC# (part of it) ? My notice date is Feb 8 but my FP date is april 7 th. My EAC is something like 0093***
