I-485 approved

My I-485 was finally approved. Here is detail:
EB-2 (NIW) China
PD 12/19/97
RD 8/18/99
ND 9/12/99
FP 8/2/00
Approved 11/1/00

I received the courtsy copy of Approval Notice on 11/6/00. However, my lawyer still hasn\'t got the official notice (Because this son of b--- moved to a new address without notify INS). I am a little bit worried that the official notice may get lost. I saw someone use courtsy copy to get passport stamped. Is this geneally acceptable to use courtsy copy for passport stamping? Any input will be appreciated.

Many guys have got PP stamped based on courtesy copy.I do not know about your local office. If I were you, I would call INS to see if it is Ok.
In my case I took original approval notice, but the lady who stamped my PP did not care if it was original or courtsey copy.
