Hi folks,
I got my magic emails this lunch time, my I-485 got approved. yehey! I hope all you guys get your approvals soon. This website has been very helpful to me, getting lots of information than my lawyer. Once I get the approval notice, I will schedule Infopass.

Here are my details:
EB3 TSC included in the retrogression countries
PD: Aug 31, 2001
140/485 RD: Mar 31, 2004 concurrent filing
FP: Nov 20, 2004 early FP
140 AD: Jan 19, 2005 (no RFE)
485 AD: Mar 10, 2005 (no RFE, LUD Jan 20, 2005)

485 filing date = Jan 9, 2004
485 approval notice = Mar 9, 2005
FP: June 14, 2004
no RFEs

mine is a case of labor substitution
work place = Kansas.

was your name in name check process - i mean did u check with uscis. my rd is 20th jan 2004.

I am not sure what you mean by "name check process".
I got an e-mail from USCIS on Mar 9th that my application was approved.
I got the approval notice by postal mail on saturday (Mar 12).
Hope this helps answer your question.
