I-485 approved

Hi folks,
I got my magic emails this lunch time, my I-485 got approved. yehey! I hope all you guys get your approvals soon. This website has been very helpful to me, getting lots of information than my lawyer. Once I get the approval notice, I will schedule Infopass.

Here are my details:
EB3 TSC included in the retrogression countries
PD: Aug 31, 2001
140/485 RD: Mar 31, 2004 concurrent filing
FP: Nov 20, 2004 early FP
140 AD: Jan 19, 2005 (no RFE)
485 AD: Mar 10, 2005 (no RFE, LUD Jan 20, 2005)

Your approval gives me some hope. My dates are very similar to yours but my FPs were done about 3 months after yours. Maybe they will approve my case in a couple of months.

Congrats! Now we have some hope. My FP was done in September 2004. Lets see when we will get the TSC magic emails.

Did you apply for a EAD extension since you where close to the end of one year completion.
 
I actually just sent my signed papers with pictures to my lawyer for them to process and send yesterday. Then surprisingly, I got approval today (screamed and jumped for joy). I told my lawyer to cancel ead/ap renewal.

Good to hear that. I also did mine in Charlotte. Did you do a paper FP or a electronic FP?

BTW, are you from RTP area? There are lot of guys in this forum from RTP.
