I-485 Approved, wife's case Transferred to local INS

Hi All,

My case was approved on June 24, Stamped passport on July 3rd. Wife's case transferred to local INS. Unable to add details in tracker. Name in Tracker "NAZ".

My question is whether i can leave my company when wife's case is pending? Please help.

Congrats. I think you can. I have a few questions.

Hi, mani1000 (NAZ), your ND 4/9/02, FP 5/3/02, AD 6/24/02. This is really fast. I know your EAD was approved around 6/15/02 (got EAD card 6/25/02). Have you got your AP?? Can you think of any special reason why your wife's case was transferred??

There are a few cases with FP done around 5/2/02 were approved in the tracker. Texan (Hari, TSC I140 Tracker Manager) has ND 3/16/02 (?), FP 5/2/02, AD 6/20/02. PANDOO has FP 5/2/02, AD 5/29/02. I think TSC may have received al of your FP results on the same day. It is getting weird in TSC on I485 processing even on FP. TSC is processing cases with FP from late 2001 to May 2002.

We have not heard a single case approved in July. Part of the problem may be due to the change of this forum.

I did not see your record in the tracker. Would you please tell us what is your PD date? The Priority Date. The rumor said that TSC is cleaning old case so I want to confirm it with your case. Thanks.

I really don't know. Just the tranfer notice says "Prelimanary Processing completed" will call for interview. Whether i can change my employer now when my wife case is pending. whether my wife can travel and enter country with H4 VISA or need Advance parole.
