I-485 approved, wife in India...

Today I got the e-mail notification for I-485 approval for me and my wife. My wife is in India. I'm scheduled to visit India in mid May. And we all are scheduled to come back in June.

We have the H1/H4 visa's stamped in our passports (valid thru Sep 2005). Also we have our AP (valid thru Jan 2006).

* Can I still travel as scheduled?
* Is there any problem re-entering US?
* At the port-of-entry, should we use our Visa or AP?
* Can I book the appointment for PP stamping after we come back?
* Or do I need to book the appointment before I leave?

I would appreciate if anyone could advice me with the options that I have...

The best course of action to avaoid any risks for u is to get ur PP stamped. As far as ur wife, since she is already in India, during her POE, she will be told her 485 has been approved and that she will need to get her PP stamped. technically, once u file ur 485, u are NOT supposed to travel w/o an AP.
