i-485 approved as per the case status online for me . Waiting for spouse and kid approval.

Does this mean that VSC is processing ND of November/2001?
It has been October/2001 for the last 3-4 month.

Glad to know VSC is still moving.

And Rene2ram, your question should be addressed by a Sep. or Oct. RD guy, even some of the Aug. guys is still waiting. But we should cheer for the lucky guys like DENVERGURU.

I think BCIS processes cases based on a criteria that's only partially linked to the RD/ND. I think they divy up the workload among IIOs and depending on their individual work ethics, cases get processed. That is the only way one can explain late November cases ahead of late October cases. Another dealying factor seems to be security clearance.

Again, what do I know, I just want my freedom!
