Are you saying it is your attorney\'s opinion or do you know that the 180 rule regulations are out? Could you please post your details and let us know whether you filed for amended I-140.

Your response will be greatly appreciated by all Name Change sufferers.

Seems like it is his attorney\'s opinion or interpretation because no such announcement has yet come from the INS.
