Hi,
My wife applied her I 485 (primary) on nov 1999 and i applied I 485 my I 485 ( spouse) on 28sep 2000.
My wife case has been approved on august 9th 2001 and she stamped her passport with courtesy copy we recd from INS.Unfortunately our lawyer had not recd her original approval notice as they have moved their office and INS automatic message till yesterday were telling that "last written notice were returned undeliver by the post office". But when I checked her case again it says this case has been approved on oct 2nd 2001.My question is how come a case approve twice????
Or can I take that my case approved and they entered her number again instead of spouse number?????
I am still waiting for the approval....
