I got my I-485 approval notice today via the USCIS automated mail system. Finally! Best news I've heard in a long time and a great way to start the new year. Thanks to all for the helpful posts on this forum. I hope you all get your 485 approvals soon as well.

His PD is Aug 2001.

I know these things because my case is exactly simliar with the same PD. Only difference is that TSC sent my case to Miami by mistake and this has caused delays.
