I-485 approved (RFE Case)

I heard the magic words on AVM last Friday Nov 30, it took 3 yrs and 7 months and almost a year for 2 RFEs.
Still waiting for the approval notice.
Details below:
EB2 RIR - WAC 01 132 XXXXX
PD: May 98
RD: Aug 00
FP: Nov 00
First RFE during I-485: Jan 01 (I-140 amendment - Company Name change)
First RFE reply: Mar 01
Second RFE during I-140 amendment process: Sep 01 (INS asked to fill out new set of labor cert forms (ETA 750 A/B forms) as evidence that
the new company is "successor in interest"
Second RFE reply sent: Oct 18 01
RFE reply acknowledged by CSC: Nov 28 01
AD: Nov 29 01

When your amended I-140 get approved?

And have you informed INS that amended I-140 get approved?

when your amended I-140 got approved?

Actually my second RFE (new set of labor cert forms) was during I-140 amendment and the reply was acknowledged by INS on Nov 28 a day before
the I-485 was approved.
I think they approved the I-140 and immediately the I-485 though the AVM still did not change to approved for my I-140 amendment case.
I received my I-485 approval notice in mail yesterday.
 
In such case, your I-485 case is adjusted by AC 21 rule.

When is your amended I-140 ND?
Some guys say that RFE I-485 will process
at its amended I-140 ND.
My case is as follow:
I-485 ND Dec, 22, 2000,
RFE for I-140 May 22, 2001,
Amended I-140 ND Aug. 01, 2001.
Amended I-140 AD Nov.05, 2001.
Still waiting I-485 AD

I am exactly in the same boat. RFE(I-485) for Amended I-140 and then RFE(I-140) for Labor Cert forms. I have sent my reply for the second RFE on Oct 26th. AVM doesn\'t acknowledge the receipt yet.
This is very exciting news.
