The long awaited emails from USCIS arrived last evening. My spouse and I got approved yesterday.
I have been a silent visitor to this site for some time. I thank all of you for sharing valuable info and keeping the 'GC' hopes alive. Thanks to Rajiv for this great site!!
Details are as follows:
485: Feb 24, 2003
FP1: May 15, 2003
LUD: June 2004
RFE: July 2004( Medical as we did not submit at the time of filing)
RFE replied: Aug 20, 2004
FP2: Oct 5, 2004(Newark)
LUD: Oct 22, 2004
AD: Nov 1, 2004
In my opinion, the LUD changes mean that the file is being worked on, which is certainly a positive sign. Good Luck to everyone waiting!
