Unbelievably mine & my wife's I-485 cases got approved on 01/21/03.

Here are the details :

PD - 05/17/01
RD - 12/13/01
ND - 12/21/01
FP - 05/02/02
Changed company : 08/01/02
Received Medical RFE : 10/28/02
RFE replied : 11/09/02
RFE updated : 11/13/02

AD : 01/21/2003
 
Unbelievable, indeed! I have the same RD & ND as you but no luck in my case....yet! To see that VSC actually looked at your case way back in October is rather surprising. Nonetheless, it's great that you've crossed over to the other side :) Congratulations and wish you the best in all your future endeavors!


PS: What was the med RFE about, if I may ask?

VA_DUDE, you are way too lucky, can you kindly tell us your eac middle three number? 067?

Can you also update rupnet?
 
RFE did the trick

I guess the RFE caused your file to be moved once the answers were received causing this case to click. WOW... Congrats
 
Thanks guys...the eac # is eac-02-069-5XXXX. As I said it was medial RFE. The doctor missed out some shots and didn't fill the form either..
