Finally, i got 485 approval today.

LC AD 08/11/2003
140/485 RD 10/21/2003
1st EAD/AP AD 11/27/2003
2nd EAD/AP AD 11/26/2004
FP RD 06/18/2004
FP cleared by FBI and Rcvd to INS 07/06/2004
LUD on 140 01/21/2005
RFE on 485 on 01/21/2005, officer code NSC/NQK EX380
RFE is original emp letter stating prooffered salary with terms & conditions and any proof that proves the employment with the company, i have send w2 and tax returns.
RFE response recvd by INS on 02/28/2005
LUD 02/28,03/01,03/02 and 03/03
485 approved on 05/09/2005
140 still says its pending, neither my employer nor my attorney recvd any 140 approvals.
My case is EB2/RIR
BE Electronics & Comm. Engg.
5+ years of progressive experience.
Employer in NJ and my H1 location and Working location is St.Louis, MO.
