I-485 approved, PP stamped

Hello everyone,
We (wife and myself) got our I-485 approved and passport stamped. Details:
PD June 99 (EB2, RIR)
RD July 00
ND Aug 1, 00
RFE rcd July 11, 01 (Co. letter, Pay stubs for last 2 months, w-2\'s and tax records for last 2 yrs)
RFE replied July 19, 01
Approved July 25
PP stamping (Baltimore) 08/08/\'01
 
one question???

in the from, did they ask you to sign or to print your first name and Last name?? because I got PP stamped today at NY, her that
lady asked us to print our fist name and last name on ther form under the metal sheet. Is it normal???
