I-485 Approved, no notice received

Hi everyone,
I am a primary I-485 applicant with two dependents - spouse and daughter. My daughter's application got approved back in August this year and she already got her card. However to this point neighter I nor my wife have received any notification or even a status change at USCIS website. I made an inquiry with USCIS since my case was past the current processing dates and visa numbers were available (I am not from a retrogressed country). Suprisingly, I was told that my case (and my wife's) has been approved on the same date as my daughter's. They also told me I should be receiving the actual cards shortly and the delay was due to a backlog in the card department. Well, it's been three months since then and I still have not received anything.
Anybody in the same boat?

Call them immidiately.

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

"If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"

And also call TSC directly and try to get ur 797 aproval notices.

Thank you :D :D :D

How is everything? any progress?

Here everything is fine. Life goes on :D :D

-----------------------------------------
Ups and Downs

People hate, people destroy
But also love and spread joy,
People try to tell you what to do
They influence and change you.

People kick you, people break you
But in the end you'll come through,
People do you wrong
But you survive because you're strong.

Don't be ashamed of what you are
To some people you're a brightly shining star,
And though you're not always aware of it
You bring out the best of people a little bit.

Life isn't always fun
Though you can decide how yours is run,
Always remember you have a choice
So listen to your inner voice.
