I-485 Approved, But no Email or no Approval Notice.

Hi Folks,
I know there are lot of folks that have their dependent's 485 case approved and Primary case not. I am one of such victims. On calling USCIS ( Thanks to stlRams for your suggestion ) I come to know that my case has been approved along with dependent but there was a system error that arrested both Email notification and Approval notice generation ). Also the USCIS lady I spoke to mentioned that they know the system error and working on fixing it, but don't know when. At last dependent's approval notice has been received. Plz share u r experiences fellow victims.

EB2 at NSC, COB - India
I-140 - ND 09/02/03; RFE 02/26/04; AD 04/19/04
I-485 - ND 09/02/03; FP - 05/17/04; RFE - 03/28/05 (Photos, Secondary Evidence for Birth Certificate, Employer Letter )
RFE response Received by USCIS - 05/18/05.
LUD 05/18/05,05/20/05,05/23/05,05/25/05; AD - 05/24/05

I wonder if I am also a victim of this problem.

My colleague whose I-140 was approved a week after mine, got his I-485 approved 20 days back.

I havent gotten any email yet on my case.

did you apply I140/I485 based on approved labor. with PD 5/2001

Yes, I applied for I-140/485 after labor (pd 5-2001) was approved .
