I-485 approved (ND:Nov 15, 2001)

Just now I checked online status of my 485 application. It says that my application has been approved and approval notice was mailed.

I am happy to see this message. My wife and daughter cases also approved along with my case.

Details:
1) No RFE on 485, got RFE on advance parole and my wife’s EAD.
2) My FP on 4/16/2003 and wife’s on 12/31/2002
3) EB2 India
4) Recently moved to new home and called NCSC to inform my change of address.

Thanks to all of you in this forum for posting valuable information. This forum is very helpful and I learned lot from this forum.

I wish every one in this forum will get approved soon.:)

Looks like your application dates looks similar to my dates. I guess you will be the next one.

did you also send in AR11 apart from calling INS.
Which INS # did you call?

Please write what all you did regarding the change in address.
 
1) I called National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 and updated address on I-495 applications.

2) Filled the AR-11 forms for me, my wife & daughter and send them using certified mail.

AR-11 form has address to where you need to mail filled form to.

Hi manam ..congrats on the approval..

FP may not be the only basis of approvals. my FP date is 03/31/03, still pending.

Maybe it has to do with whether u are married or unmarried..seems like lot of married folk getting approved!
