Finally our I-485 got approved today(12-13-04).we did our FP on 12/7/04 and the FP received and case resumed notice for my wife came this morning at about 7am. i did not get anything.however at 3pm THE APPROVAL EMAIL CAME BOTH FOR ME AND MY WIFE. IT TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK FROM FP DATE FOR US TO GET OUR APPROVAL.

OUR DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

I-140/I-1485 RD 8/13/03 EB2 RIR
I-140 APPROVAL DATE: 7/14/04
1ST FP 12/7/04
I-485 AD;12/13/04

NO LUD'S
