Just learnt from AVM that
my EB2 India I-485 is approved on 6/6/01.
2 I-485\'s : Me and my spouse.
Some details
EAC 00 109 *****
PD:7/98
I485 PD and ND: 3/1/00
FP: 4/5/00
I-485 approved : 6/6/01
NO RFE\'s
I did medical only ONCE while filing I-485.
Called II0 3 times in last 4 weeks as I was
getting impetient since I came to know that people
who finger printed after me got there
I-485 cases cleared!
Always heard from IIO that case will be likely to be decided in 30 days.
They were nice and polite(as I was nice and polite, did
not ask too many questions).
I will let you know as soon as I get my notice
in the mail and stamping done.
I had only EAD for my wife , I continued on H1.
I will update immtracker site. And don\'t forget
to update when your case get approved.
