Hi all,

MY I-485 was approved from VSC in Aug,Company head quaters is in NJ . We moved to Califoria in JUne,We could not change the address with USCIS as I did not have receipt numbers of I-485.Filled the ar-11 forms and sent though. They have called us in Newark NJ in I-485 approval notice.. Should I tell them to transfer case to CSC local office or go to NJ and get it don? .Any advise is appriciated ? Thank you.
 
You don't need to transfer case. Just go to local district office with your approval letter and get your passport stamped. While stamping, mentioned the officer about your change of address (so that your plastic card gets sent to your CA address). Take your copy AR-11 with you (just in case officer wants to see).

Thank you for the reply. Do you know any one who got their stamping in other office than they were required to get stamed?
