Hi all,

Iam happy to say that our case has been approved on Thursday(just talked to an IIO). First I thank God for the approval and all the fellow Board members.
IIO said I should be getting the approval letter in mail \
EB3 India PD 9/98.

Thankyou. Yes I did receive an RFe for Employment letter. INS received it on May15th.

I have been trying but not able to get thru..it doesnt look like the avm is getting updated anyway.. you?

Got thru, spoke with an IIO .. no change in status.
Its not a good idea to speak wwith an IIO every week but how else can we check status if the AVM doesn\'t get updated???

Looks like there are lots of Sept cases getting approved.
