I-485 approved, but with a new A#, is it OK???

I485 approved.
RD June20, 2001
ND August 6, 2001
AD July 19, 2002.

However, on the approval notice, A# if completely different from the original one which was assigned when I-485 was filed. I plan to have my passport stamped next week. Is it OK??? Please help. Thanks.
