I just received the I-485 approved letter (through a friend) and I am in a sticky situation that I was wondering if gurus on board can help me out.
The problem is, my previous company is not doing well and I amost give up the hope of green card application. I moved back to my home country 4 months ago. My advanced parole expired 2 months ago. The I-485 was approved out of my expectation.
So the questions are , what's the best way for me to re-entry US? get a visiting visa, B1 or else. Is there gonna be any problem when I go get my passport stamped?
Any opinions will be appreciated.
