I just received my I485 has been approved notice late last week(filed Feb.9, 2004). However, my current company is going through layoff and I've found a new position with a different company starting Jan. 10. My question is, will the job change have any impact to what comes after I485 (I assume stamping passport etc). If so, is there anything I can do to make the situation better since it is my current employer laying people off other than I want to switch job because I don't like my job. Thank you!
