I-485 Approved (AVM)

Hi Ciba,

I called INS today and I heard from the AVM that my case is approved (March 21,2001). So who will send the Approval Notice? My attorney or INS. Do I have to take pictures again? Thanks for all the information. This site is a great help for all of us.

EAD and AP approved.
I-485 Approved = 3/21/01

Hi CSC_Waiter2001,

Congratulations on getting your case approved. Your attorney will
receive an original notice and you will get a courtesy copy. YOu
can take your copy for passport stamp. The approval notice will
direct you what to bring for stamping. Other than those, you
should also take EAD and AP with you. Enjoy your freedom!
