Just wanted to share the good news, and provide hope to everyone who has been waiting. We were pleasantly surprized to receive our I-485 approval in three months. We received the cards in the mail today.
Here are the details. All dates are for primary and spouse (except the I-140, of course)
Priority Date: EB2/INDIA 06/2001

Biometrics....: 07/25/2006
EAD.........AD: 07/20/2006 - No LUDs (except ND and AD)
AP...........AD: 08/08/2006 - No LUDs (except ND and AD)
I-140.......AD: 08/15/2006 - .... LUDs 08/14 (and ND and AD)
I-485.......AD: 10/04/2006 - .... LUDs 07/26, 09/12, 10/05, 10/10 (and ND and AD)
Card........RD: 10/10/2006
We had no LUDs on the I-140 except one day before the AD.
We had only two LUDs on the I-485 before the approval. One was a day after the biometrics. I am not sure what the reason for the other one was. I had been checking the status almost daily; I think I did not miss any.
TSC seems to be doing great. Hopefully good news for others on this forum is on the was as well !!
