Congrats!

Which service center did you file?

I filed my case with TSC.
4 weeks ago, I found out that my I-485 was linked to my EB2 NIW (which was also approved). I had an infopass apmnt which was not very helpful. I called TSC multiple times in the last 4 weeks and was told that my NC/BC was cleared and that they are sending my case to their supervisor for linking with EB1 and then sending it for adjudication.

Further, i also contacted a senator, whose office enquired with USCIS last week and TSC called my senator's office yesterday and told them that my 485 was approved.
The senator's office called me, but i did not beleive them.

But Boy........they were right. My I-485 was indeed approved yesterday.

Nightsman.

My I-485 was approved on an EB1A petition. Not EB2-NIW. EB2 numbers are still unavailable for INDIA.

My attorney faxed an 'expedite request' to TSC. I have no idea what that fax number is.

I am just awaiting the 'card production'---how long does that ususally take?
